Terms of Service

Effective September 21, 2026.

These Terms govern the paid tailored email monitoring service offered under the Partner Program Watch name. By purchasing the service, you agree to these Terms. The free public directory remains available separately and does not require a purchase.

1. Service

The paid product is a 30-day, human-curated email monitoring service for public AI and SaaS partner-program terms. The standard order covers up to five programs selected and confirmed with you before payment. Monitoring may include material changes to commission, cookie windows, recurring-payment periods, eligibility, application status, network, duration and regional availability from public first-party sources.

The price is USD 9 as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. Any different scope, start date or delivery arrangement must be confirmed in writing before payment.

2. Ordering and start date

Before paying, contact partnerwatch@adornyu.com to confirm the selected programs, source URLs, regions, priority terms, delivery email and proposed start date. A payment link does not by itself confirm an unsupported or unagreed scope.

The 30-day service period begins on the date confirmed by email after payment and after we have received the information reasonably required to provide the service. We will normally acknowledge product-support messages within two business days.

3. Your responsibilities

You must provide a working email address, accurate monitoring instructions and lawful requests. You are responsible for reviewing delivered notices and independently verifying current terms before applying to or participating in a program. Do not send passwords, card details, private affiliate-dashboard credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.

4. Information limitations

The service is research and notification support, not legal, financial, tax or professional business advice. It is based on publicly available sources and may not be real-time, complete or error-free. Program operators can change terms, eligibility, availability or dashboard-only information without notice. We do not control the listed programs and do not guarantee acceptance, commission, payment, conversion or other business outcomes.

5. Payment and merchant of record

Payments are processed by the provider shown at checkout. For purchases made through Waffo Pancake, Waffo.com Limited acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller and handles payment, applicable taxes, receipts, billing support, refunds and payment disputes. For purchases made through PayPal, PayPal processes the payment under its applicable terms. The checkout total may reflect applicable tax or currency treatment. Partner Program Watch does not receive your full card details.

6. Cancellation and refunds

You may request cancellation by emailing partnerwatch@adornyu.com. A cancellation request received before the confirmed service start is eligible for a full refund. After service has begun, refund eligibility and amount depend on the work already supplied, any material failure to deliver the agreed service, and applicable consumer law. If we cannot provide the agreed service, we will arrange an appropriate full or partial refund for the undelivered portion.

The payment provider may also process or require a refund where required by law, payment-network rules, customer-protection obligations, or where a service is not delivered or is materially not as described. Nothing in these Terms limits non-waivable consumer rights.

7. Acceptable use

You may use delivered information for your own lawful business decisions. You may not use the service to facilitate fraud, spam, deceptive promotion, abuse a program, misrepresent affiliation or acceptance, or systematically resell or republish the service output as your own competing database without written permission.

8. Intellectual property

Partner Program Watch retains rights in its original site design, selection, organisation and written analysis. Third-party names, trademarks, agreements and source materials remain the property of their respective owners. A purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the delivered monitoring notices for your internal purposes during the service period.

9. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an as-available basis. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from program-operator actions, missed or changed notices, third-party outages, rejected applications, or decisions made using the service. Our aggregate liability relating to a paid order will not exceed the amount paid for that order, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms for future orders. The version in effect when you purchase applies to that order unless a change is required by law or is expressly agreed with you. We may refuse or terminate service for unlawful, abusive or materially misleading requests; where appropriate, any refund will be handled under Section 6.
